Privacy policy

This page explains what Schramm AI collects when you use schrammai.com, what we do with it, and how to ask us to change or delete it. Schramm AI is run by Steve Schramm. If you have a question about any of this, email steve@northmacservices.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site:
- Discovery call requests: your name, email, and anything you choose to tell us about your business (business name, team size, what you'd like help with, and how you found us).
- Questions: your name, email, and your message.
- Email signups and free resources: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
To keep out spam, the site also looks at basic technical details when a form is sent, like a one-way scrambled version of your IP address and how long the form took to fill in. We use these only to stop abuse.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, set up a call if you asked for one, send the emails you signed up for, and keep a record of our conversation.
We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it
A few service providers help run the site. They handle your information only to do that work for us:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Convex stores form submissions and the email list.
- Mailgun sends our emails and tells us whether they were delivered or opened.
Messages about your project are answered from Steve's NorthMac Services email, and Steve's team (including the AI agents that help run the business) may read them to help get you an answer.
If you join the email list, you'll get occasional notes from Steve about putting AI to work in a business. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list. Replies to a discovery call or question aren't marketing emails, so they don't have that link.
Cookies and analytics
The public site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies and only reports totals, like how many people visited a page. The site's admin area uses a sign-in cookie for Steve and his team.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and email list records for as long as they're useful for working with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we have about you, fix it, or delete it. Email steve@northmacservices.com or use the contact page, and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
