We help you build your AI team. We start with the job you dread most.
My team and I help business owners hand the daily work to AI agents, and set it up so you can trust what they do.
Two ways to work together
Build it with us
We set up your AI team with you from the start: the chief of staff agent, the job descriptions, the task board, and the rules that keep it all safe. You still make every call that matters.
A second set of eyes
Already running agents in your business? We look at what you've built, help you decide what to keep and what to change, and fix the parts that keep breaking.
How it works
Five phases. You can start at whichever one fits where you are right now.
Decide
Settle what AI is allowed to do
Before an agent touches anything, we write down what it can do on its own, what has to come to you, and what's off limits. It's short, and it saves a lot of trouble later.
- What agents can do without asking
- What always comes to you first
- Who checks the work before it goes out
Offload
Run your week through three questions
Does this need to be done at all? Can an agent or a person do it? If you have to keep it, how do we make it smaller? It's called Trash, Transfer, Trim, and it's how we find the first jobs to hand off.
- A week of your calendar sorted into Trash, Transfer, and Trim
- The jobs you dread, listed in order
- The first job an agent takes over
Hire
Start with one agent, a chief of staff
Your first agent works across your email, calendar, and task list, and it gets a written job description. We add the second agent once the first one is running well.
- A chief of staff agent connected to the tools you already use
- A job description with five daily responsibilities
- The second agent when you're ready for it
Trust
Build the systems that let you trust the work
A task board with a Needs Human column, so you can see what's waiting on you at a glance. And one rule for every agent: nothing is done until there's proof.
- A shared task board for you and your agents
- The decisions that stay with you, written down
- Proof before anything gets marked done
Multiply
Put the time you get back to work
Find the biggest bottleneck in your business and fix it, then find the next one. Sometimes that means handing off more work. But sometimes it means hiring a person you couldn't afford before!
- Your biggest bottleneck, named
- A plan for what to hand off next
Is this a fit?
Good fit
- You run a business and too much of the daily work still runs through you.
- You've used ChatGPT and you're ready for AI that takes a whole job off your plate.
- You'd rather start with one job you dread than buy a big system.
Probably not
- You want to replace your whole team with agents.
- You want AI to make the big decisions for you.
- You don't have time early on to look over what the agents do.
Questions people ask
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know how your business runs. We handle the technical side and explain it in normal words.
Will this replace my team?
I don't think it should. When agents take the repetitive work, your people get to do the work only people can do: solving the odd problem, taking care of customers, and coming up with ideas. I believe AI can actually help a small business hire MORE people!
What happens when an agent gets something wrong?
Sometimes it will. That's why nothing counts as done until there's proof, and why anything that goes out under your name or touches money comes to you first. When an agent misses, we write down what should have happened, and that becomes part of its instructions.
What does it cost?
That depends on your business and what we build, so we talk about it on the discovery call. There's no cost for that first conversation.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job. We start with what you already pay for, and we'll always tell you what something costs before we spend money on it.
Got a job you'd love to hand off?
Tell me about it. If an agent can take it, we'll talk through how to set it up. If it can't, I'll say so.
